Hey There!

I am a first year Master's student studying Organizational Communication. 

I am passionate about enhancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace and want to use my research to support employees in an ever diversifying work force. 

My interests revolve around organizational socialization, belonging, and identity/identification. I love to see how organizations bring people into the workplace and how they get their members to stick around (or not!). I am particularly interested in examining these concepts through an intersectional lens. Through my personal and professional life, I want to use my work to gain a better understanding of individual experiences with the goal of improving workplace experiences for all and fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion.

I'm eager to gain more hands-on research experience and excited to connect with like-minded professionals and scholars who share an interest in creating more inclusive and supportive organizational environments. Let’s collaborate, learn, and grow together to foster positive change in the workplace!
